Why is self-love important?
It pushes you to take care of your own needs. It helps you fill your cup so then you can give more to others. It helps you say no when you know it’s not right for you. It gives you great freedom to be true to you. It helps you figure out who you really are. It makes you strive to be the best version of yourself.
It’s the only love that is truly a life-long relationship.
So give yourself a big hug today.
