Coach Knows Best…

You know what I love most. Ok maybe second most because most would be women embracing the outdoors and hitting the trails. But that’s not the point. The point is when women realize how strength training makes them stronger on the trails AND in life in general.

I jump up and down.
I scream.
I want to give high fives all around.
And I want I hug you.
So be ready.

It so simple but yet still overlooked way too often. We need to make this change now ladies.

What do you need?
– A powerful lower body
– A stable core
– A able upper body

So the time is now to start adding strength training into your weekly routine.

Best part sis is that only need 2-3 sessions per week. With as little as 20 minutes per session if we get really focused to what exactly you need vs. upwards of 45 minutes per session for general direction.

I’m here to help you embrace and love strength training. And don’t worry I’ll freak out when you come back and say “Coach you right”. 😘
