
Y’all there is so many fabulous reasons one should get into or at least try hiking. Each of us will have our own personal reasons why we fall in love with hiking and then can’t get enough of it. Below I’ll share what I believe is the most common reasons one gets into hiking.
1. To become one with nature
2. To unplug and recharge
3. To make great memories
4. To see beyond amazing places
5. To embrace freedom
6. To try something new
7. To build your health, well-being, and fitness
Find your why. Find what brings you joy and happiness. Find what lights your soul on fire.
Remember we are all different. One of us might like long technical trails and one of us might like shorter flat trails. The most important is finding what works best for you right now.
Don’t be shocked as you get into hiking more you keep progressing your level of trails. Embrace it and be a badass!
