Here’s Your Sign

You keep saying you’ll start strength training but you never do. “Here’s your sign” to get after it and start building your strength today!

You say you don’t have the time to strength train. “Here’s your sign” to make your workouts a priority, schedule your workout just like a meeting.

You say you don’t know where to start. “Here’s your sign” to find a great coach (like me) to help guide you on your journey.

You say you don’t have money to invest weights so you can’t start. “Here’s your sign” to start with bodyweight, loops, and/or bands which are all wallet friendly.

You say you can’t go to a gym. “Here’s your sign” to make a little space in your home to do your workouts.

You say you can’t strength train since you have kids. “Here’s your sign” to do workouts when they are sleeping or have them do it with you, remember the model what they see.

😑You say, you say, you say….

🛑 Stop with all these bullshit excuses. You will find time for things that are a priority for you. So if the time really isn’t right then change your wording to “strength training is not a priority for me at this time.”

💬 But if being strong on the trails is important to you, if being inquiry free on the trails is important to you, or if keeping your movements easy and clean is important to you then HERE’S YOUR SIGN to start strength training NOW!
