Find Activities That Bring You Joy

You know you’ve found true happiness, joy and peace when you find an activity that makes you jump out of bed with excitement for the day. Even when you might have not gotten the best sleep.

My hope is that everyone finds something that makes them this excited when it comes to moving your body. Remember moving your body is a celebration of what it can do. Never, and I mean never, a punishment for something.

Y’all know my passion lies in trail running, hiking, and strength training. I am always ready to start my day and get the blood flowing when one of these are on the schedule.

You need to find what is your magic sauce. If it’s strength training or trail running then you’ve come to the right girl to help you out! But if it’s not don’t let that stop you. Find the movement that makes you happy. Maybe it’s yoga, dancing, barre, swimming, biking, martial arts, walking (don’t mess with the mall walkers), etc. I don’t care what it is as long as you find it.
