
I LOVE when I hear anyone say they started strength training. But then it’s like nails on a chalkboard when I hear they don’t have a workout plan. And I mean I real one created by someone that is actually certified as a personal trainer and knows how to apply all the principles. There’s a lot of crap you can find out on the interwebs that is just horse shit.
Why is it important to have a structured workout plan? Because if you are just doing random shit or doing the latest trend move you are not going to see sustainable results. Then you will get frustrated with all the work you are putting in and sadly most of the time you will quit and say see strength training does work for me.
News flash strength training works for everyone if you are doing it correctly.
Let me be your teacher.
Let me be your detective.
Let me be your coach.
Let me be your cheerleader.
Let me be your sherpa.
Together we can find a strength training program that works for you with where you are at right now and one you are excited to do. Do forget as you develop your strength training muscles you’ll need to keep progressing with what you are doing. This isn’t a constant. It’s ever changing.
