
I’ll keep saying it like a broken record. Lifting weight WILL NOT make you bulky like a man. It’s actually impossible for that to happen to a female. What it will do it help burn fat so then your muscles can be seen more and you get that definition that you want. You are not getting bulky. You are for better terms leaning out.
But you should want strong arms, a stable core, and powerful legs. Why? Because they help you live everyday life. They help you do the activities you want to do. They help you explore the great outdoors. They help you live an independent life. They help you do you.
Be be proud of the muscle you are creating. Be proud that you are getting stronger. Be proud that you are fierce. Be proud that you are fabulous. Be proud that you are you.
So heck yes, I’ll flex all day everyday and let any hater say what they want to say. I’m proud of the heads work I put into my strength and my muscles.
