Mindset and Habits Are Key

Hard truth y’all! Getting in shape, losing the weight, looking a certain way, completing a goal, etc will not change your life.

Why?

Truly anyone can do those things. But sadly the statistic is somewhere between 80 to 95% of people will gain the weight back! This hurts my heart so much that this number is this high.

You are probably asking why this is.

Well most people can suck it up and make changes that promote the weight lose or change in body composition for a shorter period of time, three to twelve months depending on the person and goal, but they are seeing changes happen.

However, most people once they get to where they want to be go back to what they were doing before because what got them there was constrictive and not pleasant.

What everyone really needs to do from the start is create the right mindset and habits that create a new lifestyle. One that just becomes who you are. One that makes you happy. One were you can enjoy things and still stay on track. And one that is realistic in what healthy changes look like so you keep it off once and for y’all.

Let a positive mindset and sustainable habits be your magic that helps you obtain the changes you want for a lifetime, not just for a little time.
