
I got a sad facts to share with y’all…
Did you know that those that make New Year’s resolutions the following success rate in the first six months.
– 75% after one week
– 71% after two weeks
– 64% after one month
– 46% after six months
But by the end of the year is has been reported that less than 10% consider themselves successful.
It breaks my heart to know as I post this in the beginning of February that already 1/3 of y’all have given up on your goals for yourself this year. But I know you can get back on track and I know y’all that are still pushing strong can stay on track.
How you might ask…
– create small measurable goals for each week and month
– get your mindset right
– find positivity in every action
– adapt the skills needed to change
– have a social support group
– make declarations not asking a question
– get your sleep
– create sustainable habits
– stack habits
– find the time that works best for you
– schedule the activity on the calendar
– make yourself a priority
– give yourself forgiveness
– never give up
It’s up to you in the end. Is this something you want for your life and your families life or is it something that was never really serious in the first place. I know that mean seem harsh but sometimes you need a dose on tough love to get your butt in motion.
