Anytime Is A Great Time To Start Strength Training

Just do it sis!!!

You don’t have to wait till Monday.
You don’t have to wait for a new month.
You don’t have to wait till schools out.
You don’t have to wait till it’s warm again.
You don’t have to wait till it the right time (guess what it’s never going to be the right time).
You don’t have to wait till you get a new job.
You don’t have to wait till you have X amount of money.

To be truthful all of the above are just excuses you are giving yourself on why you can’t do it now. But you can. You just have to have it a priority.

Once you make yourself and your health/wellness a priority then the fun really begins. Then it’s time to figure out what works best for you.

What movement makes you the most happy.
Where will you schedule it into your day like anything else.
How to involve your family and friends.
What cute outfit you are going to wear (I swear this make a difference between a good workout and an ok workout).
How are you going to track your progress.
Who will be your accountability buddy.
Why this is important to you.
What goals you want to achieve.

So sis just do it. Add strength training into your workout arsenal and I promise you won’t regret it.
