
It should come as no shock that my favorite go-to forms of movement are strength training and trail running.
This is where my heart is most happy.
This is where I don’t even have to think about doing the work.
This is where I get excited to get my sweat on.
This is where I find joy.
This is where I find peace.
This is where I recharge.
This is where I ground myself.
This is where…
My hope for you is you find the movement that does the above for you. It can be whatever you want. It will be specific to you. Embrace it and crush it.
But other forms of movement are important to throw in here and there and for convenance. So don’t get me wrong I throw in a HIIT, plyometric, barre, pilates, or yoga workout when I need a little shake up. You’ll see me run plenty of miles on the road, I wish every run could be on trails but I can’t, as it is convenient and allows me to stay consistent.
So get out there and move your body. Let your heart run wild. Get your sweat on. Flex it strong. Find that fire deep inside. Let’s go!
