Is Having a Sustainable Workout Routine a Priority or Not?

I’m staring 2023 with a question that will probably rub some people the wrong way. But that’s what I’m here for. To get you to think and to get you to take action.

EVERYONE has time to workout. Yes, everyone!

Does that sting?

If it does then I need you to stop and think about the following…
– How much time to you spend on social media a day?
– How much time to you watch tv a day?
– How much time to spend doing things that aren’t really worth your time and energy?

We all do it. We all can be better.

But to say you don’t have time is a LIE!

You have the time you are just not spending your time wisely. Ouch, did that hurt again.

You need to schedule your workouts with yourself just as you would meetings at work or doctor appointments. Except you have multiple each week.

Remember you can pour from an empty cup.

And at last if you have DECIDED that working out is not a priority in your current season of life then state it properly.

Don’t say you “don’t have time.” Instead say “this is not a priority currently.” This way there are zero negative vibes around it and it will make it easier for you to get back to consistent workouts when you make it a priority again.

You have the time! It’s just if you want to find it or not and make it a non-negotiable.
