Once you turn thirty you start to lose muscle mass at around 3-5% per decade. But there is a way to counter this effect.

Strength training!

Many people think simply walking or other aerobic exercises daily will be enough to stay actively healthy. But it is not enough to preserve muscle.

Strength training preserves and enhances your muscle mass, and supports mobility and function so you can stay active and independent.

The great news is you can prevent or even reverse muscle loss. It is as simple as regular strength training.

Your main goal should be to stay active and strong no matter your age.
