Six Things to Leave in 2022

As 2022 is coming to a close can we all agree there is a long list of bullshit that needs to stay in the past.

I’ll give you my top six as it refers to creating proper fitness routines:

Doing Cardio Only
– Strength training is a MUST! Cardio alone will not get you to your goals or living a strong life.

Fad Diets
– It will always be a basics of nutrition that win. Protein-protein-protein, enjoy your complex carbs, eat your veggies, and top if off with some good fats!

“Quick Fixes”
– Everything worth having takes time. I promise that quick fix will come back to but you in the ass.

Self-Doubt
– Believe in yourself even when you’re scared and you think it’s impossible.

Saying “I‘ll Start When”
– It’s never going to be the perfect time. So stop putting it off and start NOW!

Not Making Yourself a Priority
– You NEED to fill your cup before you can fill others. Schedule time for you everyday!

That might have stung a bit but the time is now to take out the trash and get our minds right.
