Stop These Excuses on Why You Are Not Strength Training

I’m calling your BS sis. Oh yes I am. You might not like it but let’s get truthful.

But first let’s stop saying any of the following…
– I don’t have time
– I’m too tired
– I have kids
– I don’t want to look like a man
– I don’t have dumbbells
– I don’t know what to do
– It doesn’t work
– I don’t like the gym

Lies lies lies. Stop it right now.

I don’t have time = This isn’t a priority for you / You need to schedule time to fuel you

I’m too tired = You need this more than you think to GIVE you energy

I have kids = Be an example to your kids on what a well rounded heathy lifestyle is and have them join you

I don’t want to look like a man = I can even with this one…it’s a lie probably made up by a man with a little ego

I don’t have dumbbells = You can stare with bodyweight and things around your house or just get a pair of two you don’t need to whole set to start

I don’t know what to do = Find someone, like me, to help you create a workout that is right for you

It doesn’t work = It does but we need to define what can actually happen in certain timeframes

I don’t like the gym = You can do this all at home there is no gym needed

See sis you just need to find the right mindset, look for the positive, and ask for help when needed.

Good news I am here to help you on this journey.
