Cardio Only Is Not Enough

I know some of y’all are going to be offended by this but guess what… it’s true!

Cardio is not enough. No matter who you are. Everyone, and I mean everyone, needs a good rounded training plan. Yes, even you, that is just trying to live everyday life.

You are not going to get the long term results you want by just doing cardio. Remember we are in this for the long haul NOT the quick fixes and fast results. Why? Because those never stay around. And we want lifestyle changes that result in long term success.

So if you want to build true strength and endurance you need to add strength training to your weekly routine. Yes, here we are again with me tell you that you need strength training in your life.

Strength training will help you in ALL aspects of your life. So there is no reason to not be doing it.

But back to cardio. Yes, certain forms of running/walking can build strength and endurance. But these workouts are not what the majority of people are doing because they are hard and will drain you. So you can and should use them but if you want to see significant changes then the answer is STRENGTH TRAINING!

The time is now! Let get you on the strength training bandwagon.
