You might know you need to pull back and do active recovery but your heart is telling you let go hard yo!
Well guess what? You can and should have a good balance of both each and everyday. Some days are going to be hard core, some days are going to be a good balance, and some days are going to be active recovery.

But let’s also…

with strength training
with running
with hiking
with walking
with biking
with yoga
Remember you can and should do both!
