Joining This Tribe Will…

Y’all I’m not even going to deny that I’m trying to brainwash you to:
– believing in yourself
– adding strength training into your workout routine
– getting you out on the trail and in nature

If you hang around long enough, you’ll end up crazy like me. Which I think is a good thing. But I promise we can all have different levels of crazy that we can be happy at. So, you don’t have to be strength training daily and taking all of your vacation time to go hike National Parks.

All I hope is that in being part of this fabulous tribe we are creating…
You find the time to pour back into yourself.
You make yourself a priority.
You schedule time to do things that bring you joy and happiness.
You do things that impact your physical and mental health in a positive way.
You believe that anything is possible if you just try.
You stop saying tomorrow and start right now.
You stop making excuses.
You remember how freaking fabulous you really are.

If along that way you decided you want to add strength training to your workout routine then I got you sis. I am here to help you figure out what works best for you and meet you where you are at day and push you to the next level tomorrow.

If along the way you decided you want to get out on the trails then I got you sis. These trails can be your city park, a state park, a national park, or heck even the back forty. I am here to help you figure out how to attack these trails and be prepared for what’s a head and then to ask what’s the next challenge.

I want so much for you to believe in yourself and know the power you have. So, if you join this tribe be ready to be challenged to find the inner strength you’ve had all along waiting to be shared with the world.
