
If you are like me, and I’m sure you are, we have all the best intentions on having a smart recovery plan. We buy all the good tools. We might use them here and there, especially when we feel a hot spot. We try to place them in an area where we will see then.
But there they sit collecting dust week after week. With all of our best intentions. The good news is we can change our ways! We can create and execute a recovery plan that fits into our lifestyle while giving our bodies the love it needs.
There are many reasons why having a recovery plan is good for our bodies.

– Reduces Soreness and Improves Tissue Recovery
– Reduction of Trigger Point Sensitivity
– Helps Correct Muscle Imbalances
– Decrease Overall Effects of Stress

– Massage Balls
– Foot Roller
– Stretch Strap
Like anything build your assortment up over time. You do not need to run out and by it all right now.
If I had to create a starter pack for recovery I would pick these three items.
1. Foam Roller

3. Stretch Strap
