For many years I put off going and exploring National Parks and State Parks because I was afraid to go to them by myself. I am sure many of you are in the same boat now.
But guess what?
You can break free from that worry and spread your wings and fly to all these parks SOLO!
That’s right I said SOLO.
Like just you, your backpack, your hiking boots and some yummy snacks… don’t forget the water!
It can feel scary and having some of those butterflies before heading out on your trip is a good thing. Why? That means you’re doing something epic that you’re going to remember for years and years to come.
And believe me I still have the butterflies before each trip and each hike. But I do it anyways. Why? Because I know I’m…
– Strong
– Capable
– Prepared
– Unstoppable
– Confident
You might be wondering how could you have the same feeling so you can hit the trails…
PREPARE
Do your homework on the trail and area before you go.
PLAN
Have checkin buddies!
PROTECT
Carry protection from humans, animals, and the elements.
Alright sis I believe in you. You should believe in you. So now it’s time to head out to that trail and enjoy yourself in your little piece of heaven you are visiting.
🎙 I’d love to hear your success with a solo trail hike or run. Drop it below so we can celebrate together!
