
Ladies!!! It’s time to hit the trail with confidence and badassery. It’s time to head out feeling fabulous and prepared. It’s time to be TRAIL STRONG!
What does being TRAIL STRONG mean:
– You are confident in your skills
– You have prepared for your adventure
– You have a solid plan in place
– You have trained properly with:
– Strength Training
– Time of Feet (walking/hiking/running)
– Mobility
– Recovery
– You have butterflies but are excited to get out there
It can be daunting to think about heading outdoors and you might not know where to start. But that’s why I’m here to be your Shepard along your journey.
Nothing brings me more joy than seeing women feeing empowered to get outdoors and explore.
So if empowering women to lace up their shoes, strap on the backpack, and tighten that cap is wrong… then I don’t want to be right.
