If you want to attack the trails with confidence then having a good strength base is key.
Everyone, let me repeat, everyone should be doing strength training.
Why?
When you’re on a trail it’s not going to be flat and easy. Most trails to epic place are going to include climbs and accents, rocks and roots, dirt/sand/mud, and if you’re lucky you might even have to scramble over holders. Which means you need total body, yes total body, strength to successfully accomplish the hike/run without feeling like a train hit you later.
What do you need?
– A powerful lower body
– A stable core
– A able upper body
So the time is now to start adding strength training into your weekly routine.
Best part sis is that only need 2-3 sessions per week. With as little as 20 minutes per session if we get really focused to what exactly you need vs. upwards of 45 minutes per session for general direction.
I’m here to help you embrace and love strength training. And I guess become a crazy one like me. 😘
📩 Shoot me a message if you’re ready to get a strength program created just for your goals.
