This world has too much evil in it but…
I refuse to let it win.
I refuse to stand down.
I refuse to give in.
I refuse to be silenced.
I refuse to let it stop me from doing something that I love.
I refuse to make changes because I will always do it when, where, and how I want.
I refuse peoples bullshit victim blaming.
It’s time we embrace the predator vibe!
Now I’m talking about finding those internal animal instincts that a deep inside of us and calling upon the apex predator spirits to give us their guidance:
– Detection skills
– Sharpened senses
– Always aware
– Protecting ourselves
– Ready to fight
– Strength
– Speed
– Agility
– Stealth
– Own the trail/road
Is it fair we need to do this?
No!
But this is the world we live in.
So be prepared.
Never afraid.
The evil can smell fear and that’s the last thing we want.
Have the attitude of “fuck around and find out!”
It’s time to get loud.
It’s time to fight back.
It’s time to put an end to this!
And the way we start this is by always being prepared for the worst.
So, arm your sisters and friends.
It’s time we take our freedom back!

But I’m sick of people when they see me carrying them or I share with non-runners my protections they say:
“what are you afraid of / scared of / worried about?”
I come back with:
“I ain’t afraid of shit but you damn sure I will be prepared if evil wants to take a spin!”
They are always taken back by my response.
Again, why are we pushing victim mentality.
Stop it right now!
Be the predator!
Be a strong badass!
Be prepared!
I think Sally McRae said it best recently on her podcast Choose Strong:
Run like a predator.
A predator is always looking around and is aware.
Predators don’t run afraid.
They run with strength and they own the trail.
