
How do you make it to your goal run or hike in one piece? You got to thrive during your training season. This applies to anytime of the year but fall is upon us and I love fall the most so I’ll take any excuse to talk about it. 🌻😉
Training is such an important tool to make sure you are ready for the trail and miles before you. Proper training will allow you to enjoy the goal run or hike even more. Why? Because you know you put in the work and your body can handle what’s ahead. And don’t forget that training is not just physical but also mental and spiritual. Make sure you’re working on all aspects. 💪🏼🧠🦋
As the song says… you got to be: bad, bold, wiser, hard, tough, stronger, cool, clam, and stay together. There are so many different feeling you’ll have over the course of your training. You’ll have great days and bad days. You’ll feel unstoppable and you’ll question why you are doing this. You’ll celebrate and you’ll cry. But finding a tribe to do this all with will help you through it all makes all the difference. 😎☺️😕😭
So know you are a badass, you can do hard things, you can breakthrough to new places, and you can crush this journey. This is how you thrive. This is how you become stronger. 🌟
